You will partner with multiple business lines to deliver dashboards, harmonized KPIs, and value-driven analytics, while leading a team of analysts and developers. You will guide data architecture and strategy, present outcomes to executives, and mentor your team to foster growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years management experience required.
• 5+ years of professional analytics experience.
• 5-7 years of experience with Power BI and Azure.
• 3-5+ years leading enterprise-scale data strategy projects.
• Experience in modeling and analysis including ML and statistics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of data analysts and developers to deliver quality analysis and insights.
• Develop data strategy and business architecture roadmap and guide its implementation.
• Lead high-profile analyses with executive-ready quality.
• Present to the executive team as required.
• Conceive data products to inform business decisions and run experiments.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accessible to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and stay current on data trends.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
