About This Opportunity

In this role, you will provide revenue and profit guidance for daily operations, strategic planning, and long-term initiatives to accelerate profitable growth. You will report to the Director, RGM, Large Store, and collaborate with the Customer Team (Sales).

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the revenue plan for Customers in our large store retail channel, focusing on revenue, volume, mix, rate, and profit margin.
  • Develop and manage all LS customer investments, ROI, risks, and opportunities to support profitable growth.
  • Assist in building rate increases by analyzing pricing, retail data, COGS, and volume elasticity for optimal scenarios.
  • Build business proposals and lead scenario evaluations for customer and brand opportunities.
  • Contribute to the long-term revenue roadmap to inspire employees at all levels.
  • Integrate trade promotion and spend optimization insights.
  • Implement insights from commercial, customer, and operations teams for portfolio and pricing optimization.
  • Analyze industry and company trends to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor trade spend accruals, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate revenue projections per customer for financial estimates.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong relationship-building, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across functions.
  • Customer-back and consumer-first mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen, including P&L management.
  • Nielsen, Power BI, data science, and team management experience are assets.
