Role Summary

The Senior Manager of Engineering will lead the Data Management backend team responsible for large-scale data ingestion cloud services and strategic connectors on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure. This service enables scalable and reliable data ingestion from cloud and SaaS services such as Salesforce and CrowdStrike.

What you'll get to do

You will partner with engineering and product leaders to define and execute the strategic vision, build and motivate a team of skilled engineers, and deliver high-quality solutions that add value to customers.

Must-have Qualifications

• Experience leading teams developing large-scale data ingestion or processing systems.
• Proficiency in building cloud-native applications using DevOps principles like CI/CD, TDD, and automation.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS integrations.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with management, product teams, and cross-functional groups.
• BS in CS/EE or equivalent with 12+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in engineering management.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

• Ability to foster continuous improvement and serve as a technical mentor.
• Experience recruiting and supporting career development of top talent.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in customer solutions.
• Experience working with distributed teams across geographies.
