We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand & Creative to take our brand to the next level. You’ll lead a powerhouse in-house team of designers, copywriters, video storytellers, and project managers to create bold, high-impact work that turns heads and drives results. From campaign strategy and product launches to social storytelling and event experiences, you’ll own the creative vision—and bring it to life across every touchpoint.

Your Impact

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing in-house creative team: Oversee and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, video producers, and project managers. You’ll foster a culture of creativity, growth, and collaboration while coaching team members to do their best work. You’ll also manage relationships with freelancers and creative agencies to scale production as needed
  • Creative Strategy & Brand Vision: Own and evolve the Carbon6 brand across every channel and touchpoint—digital, product, campaigns, events, and internal - ensuring our visual and verbal identity is cohesive, compelling, and unmistakably us across all touchpoints. As our brand champion, you'll raise the creative bar by driving innovation, storytelling, and design thinking in everything we produce
  • End-to-End Creative Execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects—from concept to launch. You’ll manage workflows, lead reviews, and ensure that every asset is delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with strategy. From product launches and growth campaigns to social assets and event visuals, you’ll deliver standout creative across all platforms
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with teams across Product Marketing, Web, Events, SEO, and Ops to create high-impact, integrated campaigns. You’ll be a collaborative partner who helps bring big ideas to life and connects creative output to broader business goals
  • Creative Operations & Process Design: Design and implement scalable systems that enable the creative team to operate efficiently and sustainably. You’ll own intake processes, timelines, resource planning, and review frameworks—ensuring we can deliver great work at speed without sacrificing quality. You’ll also embed a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and creative critique


Your Qualifications

  • Experience & Leadership: You bring 7+ years of creative or brand experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, marketing-led environments. You’ve successfully elevated brand experiences and driven campaigns that leave a lasting impact
  • Creative Excellence & Storytelling: Your portfolio reflects bold storytelling and design across digital, video, print, and experiential formats. You have a deep understanding of branding, UX/UI, and visual communication, paired with a strong editorial eye and the ability to guide standout content and copy
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution: You know how to connect brand and marketing strategy with creative execution. You’ve built or scaled brand systems and creative operations, with a sharp eye for both detail and the big picture
  • Collaboration & Communication: You're a skilled communicator and cross-functional partner, comfortable influencing stakeholders and presenting creative vision. You thrive in ambiguity and know how to prioritize competing needs in a high-growth environment
  • Bonus Points: Experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or marketplace ecosystems is a major plus.
