The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our efforts to acquire and retain customers across all paid and owned channels. You’ll work closely with our outsourced Meta ad buyer to develop and test high-performing creatives, experiment with emerging channels like TikTok Shop, and own our email/SMS strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical, and who thrives in a startup environment where you can make a massive impact. This role will also include 2 direct reports on the marketing side.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer acquisition and retention strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok Shop, email/SMS, and new channels
  • Work with the outsourced Meta ad buyer to scale paid media efforts and guide creative strategy
  • Test and scale new channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, YouTube, direct mail, affiliate)
  • Manage budget allocation across paid and owned channels to optimize CAC:LTV
  • Assist in executing the creative strategy for ads, working with UGC creators and designers to develop and test assets

Lifecycle & Retention

  • Develop and execute email and SMS strategies (Klaviyo) to drive customer retention and repeat purchase
  • Segment the customer base and personalize messaging based on behavior and product journey
  • Test and launch loyalty, referral, and winback programs to drive LTV growth

Landing Pages & CRO

  • Optimize landing pages and the DTC funnel to improve conversion rates across traffic sources
  • Collaborate with product, design, and web teams to test messaging, page layouts, and merchandising tactics

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics
  • Analyze performance and generate actionable insights across all channels
  • Share learnings cross-functionally to inform product, brand, and CX initiatives
  • Manage, coach, and develop 2 team member
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support career development
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team

You’ll Succeed If You…

  • Have 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a DTC brand or agency
  • Have a strong grasp of paid acquisition metrics and customer retention levers
  • Have experience collaborating with media buyers and driving creative testing
  • Have tested into new channels like TikTok Shop, YouTube, or affiliate
  • Are confident using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Analytics/GA4, and attribution platforms
  • Are highly organized, analytical, and love rapid experimentation
  • Have a passion for dogs and care deeply about brand integrity and customer experience
