Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in commercial development, commercial management, corporate development, or related role in oil & gas or midstream sectors.
• Self-starter with proactive growth mindset and ownership of outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to identify and advance growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in commercial development of growth projects (assets, origination, partnerships, acquisitions).
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize value and guide the development process from opportunity assessment to execution.
• Oversee economic evaluations to assess investment risks, opportunities, and project value.
• Support analysts in economic modelling, cash flow analysis, and investment reviews.
• Lead negotiations of transportation and other commercial agreements for growth projects.
• Present project recommendations and business insights to executive leadership.
• Facilitate transition of projects from development to operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
