Job summary

SiteTalent is hiring on behalf of a BC-based industrial logistics client. The Senior Logistics Leader will grow revenue, source loads, and expand the division across Western Canada, blending asset-based local transport with a 3PL brokerage approach.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, bidding on loads, sourcing carriers, and managing margins while mentoring a small team and building client relationships in construction, infrastructure, and resource sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in 3PL/freight brokerage/transport logistics.
• Proven ability to source carriers and manage loads with strong margins.
• Experience in industrial logistics or heavy haul preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new logistics opportunities to grow revenue and expand the division.
• Bid on opportunities and source carriers for loads.
• Manage local and long-haul logistics operations.
• Develop relationships with carriers, brokers, and clients.
• Mentor junior team members when required.
