Job summary

Air Products seeks a Pipeline Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of Canadian pipelines, directing a field team and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with customers, budget the program, and drive safety, reliability and productivity across facilities from Edmonton to Sarnia and beyond.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, has 5+ years in plant/pipeline management, strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with SCADA; SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in plant/pipeline maintenance or engineering management.
  • Proven track record of safety and quality.
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada and USA.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a strong safety program for the Canadian Pipeline group.
  • Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of pipelines.
  • Work with Local Business Manager on customer requirements.
  • Develop pipeline dedicated personnel.
  • Handle pipeline budgets.
  • Develop and implement projects for safety, reliability, and productivity.
