Qualifications

• Consultative sales approach required.
• Experience in senior living or service-focused environment is a plus.
• Familiar with CRM systems (Yardi preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking and timelines.
• Customer-focused, empathetic and professional.
• Computer literacy with Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales from inquiry to move-in with timely follow-up.
• Maintain prospect records in Yardi CRM and guide priorities.
• Build referral networks and community partnerships to generate leads.
• Represent Chartwell at events to boost visibility and local engagement.
• Collaborate with teams for a smooth resident experience.
• Partner with Marketing on promotions and materials.
• Participate in Leadership/Manager on Duty rotations.
