Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living. You will own paid media for senior living clients, including budget calls, roadmap, and client narratives.

You act as the strategic voice and drive campaigns across major platforms while maintaining trusted attribution and growth. You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and agency experience across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bid, target, test creatives and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
