Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living to own paid media for senior living clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. You will define budgets, bids, targeting, and testing, serving as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will own 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, report on performance, and drive long-term account growth through retention and upsell with clear communication for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvements
• Agency experience managing multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Experience in senior living or multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for senior living accounts
• Plan budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause/kill campaigns
• Ensure conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with the client storytelling on performance
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
