Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living. You own paid media campaigns for a book of senior living clients, guiding strategy, budgets, and narrative on calls with clients.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS/CPA, and build quarterly roadmaps, reporting the story behind the numbers to stakeholders. Remote capability across Canada/USA/South Africa supports flexible work.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvements with client-ready results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience in senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
