Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue in a Winnipeg retirement community. You will lead outreach, conduct tours for families and influencers, and coordinate sales efforts with senior leadership.

The role requires 2+ years in direct sales, CRM proficiency, and strong relationship skills. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and local travel is expected; event management is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships.
• Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in common business applications including a CRM system.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the local community.
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required).
• Event management experience is an asset.
• Experience with media management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the retirement community through outreach, marketing and coordinating events.
• Conduct tours with prospects, families and influencers to showcase features and advantages.
• Collaborate with General Manager and team to coordinate compelling tours and sell the community’s advantages.
• Manage the lead base, develop and qualify leads, move them through the process.
• Maintain the CRM data up to date and accurate.
• Close qualified prospects and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Assist in the development of annual sales and marketing plans with senior leadership.
• Stay informed on competitor data, market and industry trends.
