Cogir Senior Living is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant (Lifestyle Consultant) to lead the local sales efforts for our retirement residences across the region. You will prospect, network with community partners, tour potential residents, and advance prospects through the occupancy sales process.

You will exceed occupancy and revenue targets, forecast market activity, analyze competitors, and collaborate with our Senior Living Advisory team to convert interest into move-ins.

Qualificações

• Two (2) years of direct sales experience required.
• Experience in building customer relationships and strategic sales plans.
• Experience with CRM systems and business applications.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel locally.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Event management experience is an asset.
• Experience with media management is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and build referral partnerships to drive new leads.
• Tour potential prospects and advance them through the sales process.
• Manage the sales cycle to surpass occupancy and revenue targets.
• Forecast, analyze competitors, and develop business development plans.
• Collaborate with the Senior Living Advisory team to optimize conversions.
• Participate in and host community events to promote residences.
