Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Sales Consultant (Lifestyle Consultant) to drive occupancy and revenue through prospecting, community outreach, and referrals. You will network with local businesses, tour prospects, and move them through the sales cycle while hosting events to showcase our residences and care options.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, two years of direct sales experience, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Relationship-building experience with customers and partners.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic sales action plans.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and daily sales workflows.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel locally.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Event management experience is a plus.
• Experience with media management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and conduct community outreach to generate leads.
• Build relationships with local businesses and referral partners.
• Tour potential prospects, guide them through the sales process, and advance opportunities.
• Host and participate in events to showcase our residences and services.
• Monitor occupancy targets and forecast revenue through strategic planning.
