Job summary

Meridian OneCap Credit Corp is seeking a Senior Learning Partner to develop and refresh learning content supporting AML, project delivery, system enhancements, and business transformation across OneCap. You will independently build, update, and publish material using Articulate 360 and related tools.

The role requires strong facilitation, national delivery, and ability to adapt quickly. Hybrid work with occasional in-person sessions, and a focus on ROI and learning impact will be expected.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree, ideally in Business.
• Minimum of 7 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Create and align learning strategies with OneCap plans.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design fit solutions.
• Design and deliver diverse learning programs (virtual, in-person, blended).
• Facilitate national training sessions with minimal prep.
• Develop career paths within Franchise Learning Program.
• Lead PM aspects: workplans, timelines, resources.
