Job summary

Innovecture is seeking a Senior Learning Analyst to drive technology training programs globally through effective training operations, LMS administration, and data-driven insights.

You will manage virtual and in-person delivery, design dashboards, and leverage AI tools to improve learner experience and reporting accuracy. Collaboration across time zones and cultures is expected to support impactful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in corporate learning delivery, operations, LMS administration, or analytics.
• LMS administration experience (Workday Learning preferred).
• Strong Power BI skills with dashboards and data storytelling for stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data cleaning/structuring.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of technology training and adoption programs (virtual and in-person).
• Manage scheduling, enrollments, reminders, and training calendars; track attendance and completion.
• Administer LMS including session setup, enrollments, rosters, completion tracking, and reporting.
• Run LMS reports, analyze data, identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track adoption and training outcomes.
