Job summary

Tangerine Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning Adoption & Development to build and scale an enterprise-wide Learning & Development capability. The role will partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to enable transformation readiness and workforce capability, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities across the organization.

You will design an end-to-end learning strategy, governance, onboarding, AI fluency, leadership development, and future skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning & development, organizational development, HR, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in L&D, change management, or enterprise capability building.
• Experience building or scaling learning programs and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise learning strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead transformation readiness and change enablement through scalable learning solutions.
• Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to align learning with strategic priorities.
• Design onboarding, AI fluency, leadership development, and future skills programs.
• Measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement across Tangerine.
