Job summary

EY Ottawa is seeking a Supervising Associate to lead delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs across multiple workstreams. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes with data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in L&D program management, expertise in adult learning, and experience with LMS platforms like SuccessFactors, along with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and proficiency in collaboration tools.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Learning & Development program management including end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs.
Experience working with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools.
Proven ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Experience working with external vendors, subject matter experts, and managing program logistics.
Knowledge of continuing education requirements, compliance processes, or regulated learning environments is an asset.
Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of learning programs and curricula aligned to business priorities.
Own outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors, while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external vendors to support effective delivery and implementation.
Lead meetings and working sessions with confidence and structure and communicate updates in a way that supports alignment and decision-making.
Support learning operations, including administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, and learner experience activities.
Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions.
Design and deploy impactful learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices, with a focus on business relevance and program effectiveness.
Contribute to continuous improvement by helping scale better ways of working, increasing consistency, and supporting strong delivery across the team.
Work effectively across time zones and distributed teams, ensuring smooth handoffs, strong communication, and clarity on ownership and next steps.
