Job summary

Based in Montreal, Behaviour Interactive seeks a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to lead the full learning cycle, from external conference subscriptions to managing communities of practice and training providers. You will also track data under Bill 90 and craft content to meet employee needs.

You will drive instructional design across formats, facilitate workshops, and build a network of internal experts to raise training quality and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, organizational development, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in learning & development roles.
• Experience with LMS and content authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of the internal learning offer and build a roadmap aligned with studio priorities.
• Lead needs analyses across disciplines and projects and deploy solutions.
• Manage multi-team learning initiatives and guide stakeholders through delivery.
• Design collaborative formats like workshops and communities of practice to share knowledge.
• Build a network of internal SMEs and coach them on facilitation and quality standards.
• Oversee the Learning Management System including sessions, bug reports, and improvements.
• Create learning content in formats including video editing, e-learning, and live/remote workshops.
