Job summary

Tangerine is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Advice and Client Growth to lead the development of a differentiated Business Advice proposition for Tangerine Business clients. You will translate market insights and client needs into scalable experiences that drive growth, engagement, and value creation.

You will work with Product, Client Solutions, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, Data, Analytics and Technology to ensure commercially sound, scalable solutions and a strong client experience

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategic advisory for business banking or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, target client needs and differentiated value proposition for Business Advice within Tangerine Business.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Business Advice roadmap aligned with the Tangerine Business strategy, client proposition and product roadmap.
• Determine where Tangerine can credibly add value across cash flow, financial planning, growth readiness, and digital adoption.
• Lead end-to-end development and launch of priority Business Advice initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Establish delivery plans, accountabilities, dependencies and success measures for each initiative.
• Champion a client-obsessed culture by embedding the voice of small business owners into decision-making and design.
• Lead development of a new value proposition for Tangerine Business clients.
• Influence delivery across multiple cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
