Job summary

Intact is hiring a Senior Business Advisor, Learning Operations within National Claims Learning & Development (L&D) - Coordination & Enablement. You will transform how L&D operates across the national team, partnering with L&D leaders to build tools, governance, dashboards and learning solutions that help teams work smarter and learn more effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years' experience in project management, operations, or L&D enablement.
• Familiar with HR technology and learning design tools.
• Strong change and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment.
• Proven ability to simplify and standardize ways of working and scale solutions.
• Analytical and comfortable using data to set priorities and measure outcomes.
• Highly organized, proactive, and continuous-improvement oriented.
• No Canadian work experience required; eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D projects across the national team to transform processes and tools.
• Support change adoption by aligning stakeholders and planning with leaders.
• Develop standardized tools, templates, governance, and reporting routines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve the L&D lifecycle.
• Analyze learning data (ramp-up time, proficiency, retention) to identify actions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making and measure benefits.
• Collaborate with L&D management and stakeholders to translate insights into sustainable improvements.
