Job summary

Intact is hiring a Senior Business Advisor, Learning Operations within National Claims Learning & Development (L&D) - Coordination & Enablement. You will transform how L&D operates across the national team, partnering with L&D leaders to build tools, governance, dashboards and learning solutions that help teams work smarter and learn more effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years' experience in project management, operations, or L&D enablement.
• Familiar with HR technology and learning design tools.
• Strong change and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment.
• Proven ability to simplify and standardize ways of working and scale solutions.
• Analytical and comfortable using data to set priorities and measure outcomes.
• Highly organized, proactive, and continuous-improvement oriented.
• No Canadian work experience required; eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D projects across the national team to transform processes and tools.
• Support change adoption by aligning stakeholders and planning with leaders.
• Develop standardized tools, templates, governance, and reporting routines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve the L&D lifecycle.
• Analyze learning data (ramp-up time, proficiency, retention) to identify actions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making and measure benefits.
• Collaborate with L&D management and stakeholders to translate insights into sustainable improvements.

Salary range (but not limited to): 94,200 - 115,200

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. You'll play a key role in transforming how L&D operates across the national team. As a strategic partner to L&D leaders, you'll help build and improve the tools, processes, governance, dashboards, and learning solutions that enable teams to work smarter, learn more effectively, and deliver consistent results.

This fast-paced role is ideal for a curious, proactive problem-solver who can turn complex information into simple, practical solutions while navigating ambiguity and driving adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead projects that improve L&D processes, workflows, tools, and ways of working across the national team.
• Support the implementation of change by assessing impacts, aligning stakeholders, and helping leaders plan for adoption and sustainment.
• Develop and standardize tools, templates, governance practices, and reporting routines that improve consistency and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and continuously improve the L&D lifecycle.
• Analyze learning and performance data-including ramp-up time, proficiency, and knowledge retention-to identify opportunities and recommend practical actions.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making and measure the benefits of improvements.
• PartnerwithL&D managementteamsandstakeholderstotranslateinsightsinto sustainableimprovements embedded in daily practice.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience working in project management, operations/process improvement, consulting, and/or L&D enablement.
• FamiliarwithHRtechnology(Learningmanagementsystems, HRIS,etc.)andlearningdesigntools.
• Strongchangeandstakeholdermanagementskills;abletodrivealignmentandcollaborationandadoption acrossteams.
• Provenabilitytosimplifyandstandardizewaysofworkingandimplementsolutionsthatscale.
• Analyticalandcomfortableusingdatatosetprioritiesandmeasureoutcomes(KPIs/metrics).
• Highlyorganized,proactive,andcontinuous-improvementoriented.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
