Job summary

Aviso is seeking a Senior Manager, Advisor Learning & Development, to lead a small team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-impact learning programs for Credit Union Advisors and their teams. You’ll blend hands-on curriculum work with people leadership to build technical capability and sales effectiveness, using modern learning methodologies and LMS tools.

Qualifications

5+ years in adult education / learning & development in financial services.
5+ years in financial planning/advisory or related financial services role preferred.
3–5 years in people management with demonstrable success.
Experience designing and developing learning programs using modern learning techniques.
Knowledge of LMS capabilities to inform delivery strategies and end-user experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of the advisor curriculum (hands-on).
Own lifecycle governance of Academy programs and resources.
Improve learning experiences with enhanced delivery techniques and modalities.
Lead and coach a team of learning professionals (player/coach).
Act as a learning consultant to internal partners and diagnose needs.
Ensure learning programs comply with regulatory requirements for training licensed individuals.
