Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 8-10 years in Branch Banking and/or training, learning, or colleague development.
• Familiar with the L&D space and learning consultation experience.
• Vendor relations and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with learning solutions and onboarding processes.
• Compliance and project work experience.
• Adult learning principles knowledge.
• MS Office Suite including Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance consulting and needs analysis to diagnose gaps and develop solutions.
• Negotiate and influence business leaders and HR partners to align learning needs with strategy.
• Provide learning advisory and thought leadership on innovative learning solutions and modalities.
• Develop and execute long-term learning strategy, roadmaps, and asset portfolios.
• Build business cases for learning development and rollout plans with senior management.
• Ensure L&D workstreams are staffed and resourced to support initiatives.
• Inventory learning assets mapping to capabilities to support business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align long-term learning plans and roadmaps.
• Align learning strategies with evolving business needs and sustainment models.
• Manage issues or escalations related to the learning strategy within the portfolio.
• Develop relationships with external learning partners for best-in-class services.
• Attend industry committees/conferences for learning professionals.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs or increase capacity.
• Report progress on learning assets and strategies to support business needs.
• Seek feedback from users and COE leads; stay current with trends.
