A leading staffing firm in Canada is seeking an experienced L&D Designer/Developer to lead the design and development of learning programs. This remote role requires 5+ years in Learning & Development and expertise in eLearning tools. Candidates will collaborate closely with vendors and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments are essential. This is a contract position with a pay rate of $45.00 - $50.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overall experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience with eLearning tools and standards, including SCORM and AICC.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight on the design and development of learning programs.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional design.
• Collaborate with external vendors to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Maintain best practices in instructional design.
• Create and manage learning content for transformation initiatives.
