Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in Mississauga to drive architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, resilient systems for Money Markets within Markets Treasury Technology.

Extensive hands-on Java development with Spring Boot in a financial domain.
Experience with MongoDB data modeling, aggregation, and performance tuning.
Strong cloud-native design, microservices, and observability practices.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of high-throughput, low-latency systems for Money Market trading and life cycle management.
Partner with business desks and product managers to align tech solutions with goals and enable new financial products.
Ensure architecture compliance, security, and cloud-native principles across microservices and integrations.
Mentor junior developers and drive code quality through reviews and best practices.
Assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance in all technical decisions.
