Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of core Java including multi-threading and memory management.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Strong RESTful API design skills and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database design.
• Experience deploying scalable microservices in containerized environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift/AWS ECS).
• Experience with distributed caching (Hazelcast/Redis).
• Ability to adapt priorities and communicate clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of business initiatives from inception to production. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define scope, estimate effort, and identify technical dependencies.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure technical designs.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Define, maintain, and promote robust architectural patterns and best practices for large-scale web applications.
• Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions.
• Coach and mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and foster continuous learning and technical excellence.
