BeachHead is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle IT contract recruitment from sourcing to offers. You will work with Account Managers to understand client needs, find top IT talent, and manage candidates through the process.

We offer a remote work arrangement with a base CAD 60,000–80,000 plus commission. You will need at least three years of IT recruitment experience and a strong grasp of the Canadian market.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and Canadian talent market.
• Proven sourcing and headhunting skills, including finding candidates beyond job postings.
• Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining candidate experience.
• Clear communication and good judgment with ATS usage.

Aufgaben

• Own recruitment from sourcing and screening through interview preparation and offer management.
• Find and engage talent via direct outreach, networks, referrals, and candidate databases.
• Build pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with Account Managers to deliver strong submissions and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and contribute to recruitment targets.
