BeachHead Inc. is hiring a Senior IT Recruiter to own full-cycle IT recruitment for contract roles, with a work-from-home setup and a base salary of CAD $60,000–$80,000 plus commission.

You’ll partner with Account Managers and recruitment leaders to understand client needs, source top talent, and guide candidates from first contact to offer, ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills and the Canadian talent market.
• Proven sourcing and headhunting skills, including success finding candidates beyond job applications.
• Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Clear communication, sound judgment and confidence working with an ATS.

BeachHead is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for IT contract roles. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and recruitment leaders to understand client needs, find the right people and help candidates secure their next opportunity.
