Job summary

BeachHead Inc. is seeking a Senior Business & Finance Recruiter who can own the full cycle for contract roles from sourcing to offer.

This remote, home-based position targets talent in business and finance across Canada, with a base salary range CAD 60,000–80,000 plus commission. You will partner with Account Managers, build talent pipelines, and maintain an excellent candidate experience while meeting recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• At least three years of full-cycle business and finance recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of business and finance roles and the Canadian talent market.
• Proven sourcing and headhunting skills beyond job applications.
• Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Know how to find strong business and finance talent—and keep candidates engaged from the first conversation through to an accepted offer?

BeachHead is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for business and finance contract roles. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and recruitment leaders to understand client needs, find the right people and help candidates secure their next opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Own recruitment from sourcing and screening through interview preparation and offer management.
• Find and engage talent through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals and our candidate database.

What you’ll bring

• The ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Clear communication, sound judgment and confidence working with an ATS.
