Job summary

Northern Health in Prince George, BC, seeks a Senior Technical Analyst to help implement and support complex core infrastructure across networks, servers, security, messaging, thin technology and storage. This role provides Tier 2 technical support for ITS and users, reporting to the Manager or designate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, with a focus on professional growth within a positive, progressive culture and a collaborative ICT environment that supports Northern

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related diploma/certificate.
• Three years of recent IT experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support complex core infrastructure systems including networks, servers, security, authentication, messaging, thin technology and storage.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for ITS and user community issues.
• Work under the supervision of the Manager or designate in alignment with Northern Health priorities.
