Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a Lead, Facility Technology Services to oversee the operational delivery and lifecycle management of facility-based technology systems across our organization. You will lead teams supporting building management systems, environmental controls, nurse call, security, and related infrastructure, ensuring services are reliable and compliant.

Based in Prince George, you will collaborate with Facilities Management, IMIT peers, and external providers to deliver service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
5–7 years of progressively responsible IT or facility technology experience in a complex enterprise.
2+ years of operational leadership/supervision experience.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational leadership for facility technology services teams.
Coordinate workloads and priorities; manage escalations.
Oversee lifecycle management of facility technology systems from onboarding to replacement.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with Facilities Management, IMIT, and external partners to ensure service reliability.
