Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of analytics, technology, or risk experience.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and BI dashboard skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Analytics or related field; Master's an asset.
• Expertise in system design, business analysis, and UAT.
• Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of Operational and Regulatory Risk reporting methods.
• Experience using AI assistance to speed up SDLC (e.g., VS Code, Copilot).
• Strong background in statistics and data inference.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements, technical specifications, and documentation for Risk Technology initiatives.
• Analyze data sets and design data-driven solutions with management.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses to inform budgeting and resourcing decisions.
• Lead or participate in agile environments to deliver iterative value.
• Facilitate training and stakeholder communication across teams.
• Research, evaluate, and document issues related to workflows and system design.
