Qualifications

  • Experience creating and maintaining process flows, workflows, and diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools; Ability to translate complex processes into clear visual workflows.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO) practices, methodologies, and governance processes.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exposure to Risk Framework
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

The Risk Project Coordinator in Manulife Group Functions Technology (GFT) IT Security & Business Resilience (ITS&BR) team provides project support for ITS&BR producing and analyzing internal current state operating workflows for GFT Shared Services and assisting in designing the target state operating models by assessing operational inefficiencies.
