Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience, with a Level 2 License and progress toward CAIB and/or CIP.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to provide tailored coverage recommendations.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and grow business.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring others.
• Professional, solutions-focused communicator with sound judgment and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll also serve as a senior resource within the branch, managing more complex insurance cases while supporting the development of team members.
