Job summary

Westland Insurance Group in Regina, SK is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor to promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products. This onsite role focuses on owning client relationships, handling complex cases, and supporting the branch with team development.

You’ll promote growth, provide tailored coverage recommendations, and contribute to the local community presence while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience with a Level 2 License.
• Progress toward CAIB and/or CIP designation with financial support.
• Strong ability to tailor coverage and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable personal lines coverage recommendations.
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes with accuracy.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive client support and follow-ups.
• Identify sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling of products.
• Collaborate with team, mentor peers, and assist with training and reporting.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll also serve as a senior resource within the branch, managing more complex insurance cases while supporting the development of team members

• Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products
• Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations as needed
