Job summary

Westland Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor for our Regina, SK location at Victoria Square. This onsite role focuses on delivering expert advice, managing client relationships, and supporting branch growth in the local community.

You’ll promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and serve as a senior resource within the branch, handling more complex cases while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience with a Level 2 License; CAIB/CIP progress encouraged.
• Strong knowledge for tailored coverage recommendations.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and grow business.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with mentorship and team support.
• Professional, solutions-focused communicator with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable personal lines coverage recommendations.
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting and policy changes with accuracy.
• Build lasting client relationships and provide proactive support throughout the journey.
• Identify sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling to grow the book.
• Support branch success by mentoring peers and assisting with training and day-to-day ops.

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience, supported by a Level 2 License and progress toward your CAIB and/or CIP designation (financial support provided!)

• Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products
• Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations as needed
