Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. in Markham, ON is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of business and technology solutions within a high-growth healthcare environment.

You will document requirements, define scope, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives. Expertise in UX/UI tools and strong leadership are highly valued for driving successful implementations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years as a technical Business Analyst supporting technology-enabled initiatives.
Experience implementing cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in system development, database analysis, and prototyping.
Strong ability to create user personas, empathy maps, and user journeys.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional stakeholder sessions to capture business requirements and craft an actionable implementation plan.
Manage stakeholder expectations through ongoing meetings and status updates.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for projects.
Monitor post-implementation performance and verify expected outcomes.
Document best practices and lessons learned to improve processes.
