Qualifications

• Ability to think strategically and long-term, understand market dynamics.
• Strong ability to articulate complex strategic and technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior executives, technical teams, and SHN program management.
• Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and the use of data and insights to inform strategic product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders toward a shared strategic vision.
• Strong understanding of SHN's current and future business models and how product decisions impact value.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into action, breaking down SHN goals into epics and initiatives.
• Influence the product roadmap reflecting SHN vision and priorities.
• Own and prioritize a backlog of epics, capabilities and architectural enablers.
• Define and refine epics and high-level user stories with strategic intent.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts on refinement and delivery.
