Job summary

PointClickCare in Canada is seeking a Senior UX Researcher for a 6-month contract. The role blends remote work with hybrid obligations to visit Mississauga, ON, and participate in in-office events as required.

You will plan and conduct research, usability studies, and mixed-method discovery, collaborating with Product and UX Design to translate insights into strategy and design recommendations. Travel to customer sites is limited.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UX researcher or similar role.
• Ability to create research strategy and discovery plans, develop guides, select methodologies, conduct studies, and synthesize findings.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills driving user-centered decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and UX Design at project start to formulate discovery plans and identify customers and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end research activities including recruitment, discussion guides, facilitation, analysis, synthesis, and sharing findings.
• Translate research data into actionable insights for Product, UX Design, Engineering and stakeholders.
• Explain strategic research decisions to leadership and provide project leadership to researchers and designers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Data Science, and Customer Insights to strengthen personas and journeys.
