Job summary

Solventum is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to collaborate with Canadian healthcare customers and internal teams to complete implementation deliverables and meet project objectives.

You will assess current-state workflows, validate future-state workflows for 360 Encompass, configure and test environments, lead issue investigations, and train system admins and end users while improving documentation and tools for Canadian workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health informatics, CS, or IT.
• Three years of combined experience in healthcare software support or implementation.
• Experience documenting issues, coordinating test support, and communicating status to customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Canadian healthcare customers and internal teams to deliver implementation milestones.
• Assess current-state CDI, HIM workflows and validate future-state workflows for 360 Encompass.
• Configure, test, validate, and support Solventum application environments during implementation.
• Lead issue investigation, documentation, customer communications, testing support and go-live readiness.
• Train system administrators, super users, and end users; improve implementation materials and Canadian workflow docs.
