Zusammenfassung

PocketHealth Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our hybrid team in Toronto. You will own end-to-end deployments of Conductor for healthcare clients, shipping production-grade code and building integrations with HL7/FHIR and other healthcare data systems.

You will collaborate with healthcare providers, demonstrate solutions to reduce administrative burden, and help shape a platform used across North America. The role blends technical rigor with meaningful patient care impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience in client-facing deployments.
• Track record shipping production code in real client environments.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across backend, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Proficiency with Python and/or TypeScript; comfortable in cloud environments (AWS).
• Experience building integrations with third-party data systems and APIs.

Aufgaben

• Own deployments end to end for Conductor installations from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead technical demos and proof-of-concept automations to accelerate deals.
• Build and extend agentic workflows and integration adapters for client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using logs and telemetry.
• Collect client feedback to influence product direction and platform evolution.
• Document best practices and contribute to reusable deployment runbooks.
