Job summary

TELUS Health is hiring an Implementation Lead to bridge technology solutions and client success across enterprise projects. You will guide ~10 professionals through complex system transitions, shaping governance and delivery excellence.

This remote role requires travel and offers the flexibility to attend a TELUS Health office when available in your area, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and continuous improvement of implementation methodology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, or administrative process automation.
• Demonstrated aptitude for technology and system development lifecycle.
• Implementation methodology ownership and presentation experience.
• Scope control based on contracts.
• Proficiency in current computer technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality implementations and ongoing production support for enterprise client projects.
• Partner with clients to validate project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology, ensuring smooth transitions to new solutions.
• Establish and maintain client-specific success criteria for long-term relationship excellence.
• Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction while developing proactive resolution strategies.
• Own and champion our implementation methodology, presenting it confidently to clients and establishing robust project governance.
• Provide strategic guidance and coordination to implementation teams of approximately 10 professionals, including Functional Leads and Business Analysts.
