Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee procurement, logistics, inventory and distribution in Kimberley. You will lead a dedicated team, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain network.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field, 6+ years of leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management with proven leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
