Qualifications

• 10+ years in design/implementation of electrical systems including HV substations and power distribution
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada
• Knowledge of Alberta/BC Electrical Safety Code and related standards
• Experience leading medium-to-large electrical design teams

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design teams on large projects and provide guidance to team members
• Prepare detailed design drawings and contract documentation
• Coordinate electrical designs with other disciplines and vendors
• Support tendering, site inspections and testing plans
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control of documents
