Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to join our Property Management team. The role reports to the HSSE manager and may require 10–20% travel to sites and meetings across Canada.

You will support HSE program development, incident management, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices. You will analyze data, coordinate investigations, and help implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HSE or related field.
• Knowledge of Canadian environmental, health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of HSE culture across property management teams.
• Assist in identifying and controlling hazardous conditions to prevent injuries or environmental impact.
• Capture and report incidents, near misses, and Good Catch events; manage data.
• Lead investigations and coordinate corrective actions with sites and HSSEQ teams.
• Support return-to-work programs and regulatory compliance across properties.
• Assist in roll-out of environment and HSE programs, including training and audits.
• Prepare status updates and share lessons learned with operations.
• Contribute to building certifications such as BOMA Best on relevant properties.
