Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HSSE Lead to drive health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our Canadian operations, including acquisitions. You will lead culture development, training, and regulatory compliance programs to support safe, compliant facilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing data trends, reporting to senior management, and guiding investigations of serious incidents. Fluency in English and French is required to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relevant field experience.
• Canadian CRSP or CSP certification.
• Practical working knowledge of health and safety tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of JLL's EHS culture and training programs.
• Provide expert regulatory compliance support for all JLL facilities, including acquisitions.
• Oversee monthly EHS data trending and CPI/KPI reporting to management.
• Lead or support investigations of serious safety events and drive corrective actions.
