CIMA+ is seeking a Lead Manager, Business Practices and HSE Management Systems to govern and advance our health, safety, and environment practices across the organization. Reporting to the HSE Director, you will drive integration of HSE processes into business practices and support audits.

You will lead a team, engage with stakeholders across Canada, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001. A hybrid work model is available with offices nationwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of provincial, territorial, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex HSE management systems and obtaining ISO 45001 certification.
• Experience in process governance, continuous improvement, auditing, and compliance management.
• Ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; French is required across Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure governance and continuous improvement of the HSE management system in compliance with ISO 45001 requirements.
• Develop, harmonize, and integrate HSE processes into CIMA+ business practices.
• Oversee HSE document management and document control.
• Lead regulatory monitoring and compliance activities in preparation for internal and external audits.
• Develop and monitor HSE performance indicators and management reporting.
• Support the evolution and integration of HSE technology solutions in collaboration with other corporate departments.
• Lead, engage, and develop the Business Practices and HSE Management Systems team.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HSE risk management, compliance, and performance.
