Job summary

Clutch is building a national Health, Safety & Environment function and seeks a senior HSE leader to own the mandate across a multi-site production and logistics business. You will translate audit findings into sustainable programs, establish governance cadence, and mentor site leaders on OHSA compliance, safety culture, and incident investigation.

Based in Mississauga, you will report to the Director of People Operations and collaborate with Operations, HR, and external auditors to protect

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive HSE experience, multi-site exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian OHS legislation across provinces (ON, QC, AB, BC).
• CRSP designation preferred; CHSC or equivalent considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national HSE strategy across a multi-site production and logistics footprint.
• Drive the Safety Management System implementation and governance cadence.
• Oversee audits, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop national HSE training and competency programs.
• Manage HSE budget, KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.
